Do you sell online?
At this stage, TEN Fashion is an in-store shopping experience only. We believe our customers get the best value by seeing, feeling, and trying items before purchasing.

What sizes do you offer?
We stock a wide range of sizes, generally from small to plus sizes depending on the style. Availability may vary between items.

Do you restock items?
Most of our styles are limited runs. Once an item sells out, it is unlikely to be restocked - so if you love it, don’t wait.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes - we offer exchanges within a specified period (7 days) with proof of purchase. Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

What if my item is faulty?
If an item is faulty, we will happily offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I try items on?
Yes, all our stores have fitting rooms so you can try before you buy.

Yes - we receive new arrivals frequently, so there’s always something new to discover.
